Requirements:
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports, with variance analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities; review vendor payments, customer billings, and credit memos; assist with broker commissions and customer rebates.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts; assist with financial modeling, tracking actuals vs. budget, and identifying cost improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Month-End Close & General Ledger
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports.
Support the Accounting Manager and Controller with variance analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Assist in maintaining documentation to support audit readiness.
Accounts Oversight
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure proper accounting treatment.
Assist in reviewing vendor payments, customer billings, and credit memos.
Support the review and calculation of broker commissions and customer rebates.
Budget & Forecast Support
Contribute to the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Assist with financial modeling and tracking actuals vs. budget.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and tax regulations.
