  • Manage Google Tags, UTM tracking, and administrative setup for accurate data collection; provide ongoing reporting and performance analysis

Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist with solid experience in Google Paid Search to support our client’s performance marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Offer range: PHP 70,000 – 80,000 / month

Core Tasks:

  • Build, optimize, and load Google and Bing paid search campaigns.

  • Conduct targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand) and keyword analysis to improve campaign efficiency.

  • Perform in-platform optimization following client directives at scale.

  • Develop and manage templatized reporting and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Launch new Google and Bing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

  • Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns based on performance data and client feedback.

  • Manage Google Tags, UTM tracking, and administrative setup for accurate data collection.

  • Provide ongoing reporting and performance analysis.

  • Execute validation, optimization testing, and A/B tests per client directive.

  • Launch and optimize YouTube and Display Ads.

  • Continuously refine search ad copy for maximum engagement and conversion.


Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Search.

  • 1+ year of experience using Google Ads Manager or Google Ads Editor.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads platforms: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Baseline understanding of paid Google/text-based search.

  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).

  • Experience running and optimizing YouTube and Display Ads.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and optimization opportunities.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tools.

  • Google Ads Certification (a big plus!).


Grow Into:

  • Budget management and tracking (training and templates provided).

  • Providing insights and trends based on campaign performance reports.

  • Running A/B tests and advanced optimization experiments.
