GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads to build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for U.S.-based clients. Ideal for Filipino digital marketers with strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus a passion for data-driven performance marketing.
You’ll execute high-impact campaigns, analyze results, and collaborate closely with U.S. agency teams to drive growth across multiple accounts.
💼 What You’ll Do
Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from scratch
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and ad sets
Manage Google Ads channels (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video, etc.)
Analyze ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other performance metrics
Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, pacing problems, or performance drops
Build reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs)
Support creative testing and asset collection across cross-functional teams
Conduct keyword research and optimize search term reports based on SEM best practices
Collaborate daily via Slack, email, video calls, and PM tools
Assist with competitive research and trend analysis
