  • Line-by-line review of AI-generated emails in our platforms to identify hallucinations and inaccuracies
  • Cross-check AI-generated sender bios against official fact sheets and correct discrepancies before sending
  • Ensure audience alignment by flagging mis-targeted recipients or content and pulling them from campaigns
  • Follow and document the QA process, escalate compliance issues as needed, and manage workflow in Monday.com to keep campaigns moving

We need a Quality Assurance Specialist who finds a strange kind of satisfaction in the details—someone who can spot a "hallucinated" fact or a slightly off credential from a mile away. This isn't a role about "big picture" strategy or creative writing. It’s about being the human firewall. You are the final checkpoint that ensures every email we send is factual, compliant, and perfectly aligned with who we are.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • The Ultimate Email Review: You’ll live in our AI platforms (Pinpoint/Finny), going line-by-line through personalized emails. You aren't rewriting the strategy; you’re checking for "hallucinations," making sure we haven't invented a job title for someone or included a legal risk.

  • Fact-Checking the Senders: You’ll cross-check AI-generated bios against our official fact sheets. If the AI says a sender has 20 years of experience but they actually have 15, you’re the one who catches it before it hits an inbox.

  • Audience Alignment: You’ll ensure the content actually matches the person receiving it. If a campaign is meant for the tech industry but a manufacturing firm slipped into the list, you’ll flag it and pull them out.

  • Checklist Mastery: We have a defined QA process. You’ll follow it rigorously, documenting every correction and escalating compliance issues when they arise.

  • Keeping the Gears Turning: You’ll manage the workflow in Monday.com, moving campaigns through stages and keeping our queues organized so nothing hits a bottleneck.

  • Refining the Machine: While you aren't an "AI Engineer," you’ll notice patterns. When you see the AI making the same mistake twice, you’ll suggest tactical prompt adjustments to fix the output at the source.

  • Details are your superpower. You actually enjoy high-volume, repetitive review work because you take pride in a 100% accuracy rate.

  • You have a "Compliance Mindset." You likely have experience in a regulated environment (like legal, finance, or insurance) where one wrong word can have big consequences.

  • You’re a Spreadsheet Pro. You’re comfortable in Excel, matching data across cells and following logic-based formulas.

  • You’re Process-Driven. You love a good checklist and feel right at home in tools like Microsoft Teams and Monday.com.

  • You Write Clearly. When you flag an error, you can explain the "why" concisely so the team can learn and move forward.


Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve navigated Salesforce for reporting or data pulls.

  • You have a "logical" comfort with AI prompts—knowing how to tweak instructions to get better results.

  • You’ve built basic reporting packs or dashboards in Excel.
