Requirements:

  • General Administrative Support including files/documents management, revisions/proofreading/formatting, data entry, research, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Advanced Executive Support and Procurement, including calendar and inbox management, minutes of meetings, travel planning, and expense reporting
  • Digital Marketing Support, including basic to advanced social media postings, blogs, newsletters, and copywriting/editing
  • Proficiency with online tools and software and ability to quickly learn new tools; overlap with California hours

Advanced Executive Support

  • Advanced digital marketing support (social media postings, blogs, and newsletters)
  • Procurement
  • Inbox management
  • Calendar management and meetings coordination
  • Expense reports
  • Travel management
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Ad hoc/ special projects

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration. Marketing background preferred.
  • Can overlap work hours with California.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot among others.
  • Ability to learn new tools/ software quickly.
