Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter (Remote)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter to handle B2B outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on introducing commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses.

 

What you'll do:
  • Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
  • Research and identify businesses that fit our target market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
  • Meet daily activity targets (80–100 calls/emails per day)

What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery.
  • A warm, persuasive, and pleasant personality
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
  • Must be open to feedback and teamwork.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet.
  • Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work.
  • Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Multiple positions open for part-time and full-time

Compensation:
  • Base salary + generous incentive plan
