Talent Hackers is the first nodal distributed network platform for the search and recruitment of technology and digital professionals based on paid referrals. Through the dynamic distribution of offers, performed by our algorithm, these reach key profiles, activating passive talent, the one that is not actively looking for a job. Nodal technology is based on the data available on the Internet, creating networks of "nodes" over which the offers are distributed. Lead and mentor junior editors, offering guidance and creative feedback

Stay ahead of trends, hooks, and innovative editing techniques
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Work with podcast recording tools, Slack, and Monday.com to keep everything running smoothly

Must-Haves

4+ years of proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
Familiarity with AI editing tools like Descript or Opus is a plus
CapCut experience is advantageous
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-intensity environment
Solid understanding of social media and marketing principles
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
