Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or project management role with a proven track record of leading client meetings and engagements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to interpret financial information and present insights clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team; English at C2 level or native proficiency

  • Lead side-by-side interviews with clients to collect relevant information and ensure accurate data capture
  • Prepare for client interviews through targeted company and industry research
  • Manage ongoing client communications and engagements to ensure milestones are met
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights for presentations and oversee analysts in delivering high-quality client marketing documents on time with minimal errors

About Us:

A leading firm in the M&A professional services industry committed to delivering high-quality CIM development services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and be skilled in managing client engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret financial data and transform insights into polished client presentations.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead side-by-side interviews with clients to collect relevant information
  • Prepare for client interviews through relevant company and industry research
  • Manage ongoing client communication and engagements
  • Collaborate with other team members to gather relevant information and insights for presentations
  • Manage a team of analyst to deliver quality client marketing documents on time and will little error

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a consulting or project management related role
  • Proven track record of leading client meetings and engagements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, G-Sheets
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Strong business writing skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently, use AI assistants, and as part of a team
  • Ability to think critically and logically
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • English at a C2 level or native mastery
  • Ability to work full-time EST

Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Accountant, or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
