Our client is a 5-star, high-tech academy, and they are looking for their first Digital Growth & Content Creator. This is not a "wait for instructions" job. They are looking for a self-motivated, tech-forward individual who will treat their school’s digital presence as their own brand. You will be given the tools and the autonomy to turn your creative ideas into real enrollment growth.
Your Mission:
Be the Brand Architect: You won't just post photos; you’ll create a narrative. You’ll capture the daily life of our brand, and the "why" behind our work to create "scroll-stopping" content.
Lead the AI Revolution: We want you to use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Midjourney to stay 10 steps ahead of the competition. Use AI to streamline copywriting, brainstorm content pillars, and optimize our marketing funnel.
Master of SEO: You will own our local search presence. You’ll understand how to use keywords to ensure that when clients search for us, we are the first thing they see.
Guerrilla & Digital Outreach: Think outside the box. Whether it’s a creative local partnership or a viral Reel, you are responsible for finding new ways to get our name in front of families.
Data-Driven Creativity: You will track which posts drive tours and which emails get opened, pivoting your strategy based on results, not just feelings.
Team Player: Assist the team with other administrative tasks including enrollment, CRM management, and fielding phone calls from current and prospective clients
What We’re Looking For:
Marketing Chops: 3+ years of experience in in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Self-Motivated Hustle: You are a "figure-it-out" person. If you see a problem (like a gap in infant enrollment), you bring us three ideas on how to fix it before we even ask.
Tech Power-User: Expert in Canva and CapCut. You should be able to show us a portfolio of work (even if it’s from college projects or personal brands).
Strong Writer: You can write a professional, warm email to a parent as easily as a witty Instagram caption.
Strong Comms: Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
Alignment: Ability to work full-time EST

Experience working in a marketing or other capacity in a daycare/ early learning environment
