This role focuses on driving new B2B SaaS sales with general contractors by managing the full sales cycle, delivering tailored product demos, and closing revenue generating deals. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer handoff, and represent the company at industry events.
Core Tasks:
Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
Manage a pipeline of general contractor prospects
Conduct product demos tailored to construction workflows
Identify needs across estimating, scheduling, and jobsite management
Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms
Follow up with leads from marketing, events, and referrals
Track activity and deal stages in the CRM
Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth customer handoff
Maintain strong knowledge of product features and industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Must-Haves:
3+ years experience in an account manager or accountant executive role
Hands on experience with a B2B saas product (experience working with contractor / construction a plus)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools
Ability to travel to the USA once per month for trade shows and other events
Ability to work full time PST

Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
