About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position, offering flexible day shifts or night shifts and the option for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) work. Salary ranges from $68,000 (day) to $74,000 (night), plus competitive benefits.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field).
  • Licensure is not required; we actively support your journey to obtaining it through clinical supervision and dedicated allowances.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services.
  • Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling.
  • Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or relationship/family challenges.

As a Clinical Counsellor, you will connect with clients via phone, video, chat, and email, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood.   • Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.
