Title: Clinical Documentation Review Consultant
Objective: Play a crucial part in conducting accurate assessment of disease conditions, review medical records and communicate findings to the specific facility assigned following guidelines set by the Client.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Completing Audits and Reports following the deadline set by the supervisor
Engaging in Team calls and Meetings
Collaborating closely with Client supervisors to assist and meet specific deadlines as requested by various accounts
Performing other duties and tasks assigned
Qualifications:
At least three years of experience as a nurse and with Experience working as a Medical Coder nurse/ Nurse Reviewer working with the adult and/or geriatric population in direct patient care, with the most recent experience including the last year. There should be no gaps in work history for the past year
