Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with recent work as a Medical Coder/Nurse Reviewer for adult and/or geriatric patients in direct care.
No gaps in work history for the past year.
Experience managing chronic conditions (CHF, HTN, COPD, CKD, DM) and common infections (PNA, UTI, Sepsis).
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in nursing judgment and documenting findings (STAR method).
Requirements:
Complete audits and reports by deadlines set by the supervisor.
Participate in team calls and meetings.
Collaborate with client supervisors to meet deadlines across multiple accounts.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
