Roles & Responsibilities

Completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally in automotive and retail) or an equivalent qualification with several years of sales experience
Practical experience in the commercial automotive trade and solid knowledge of Leasing/Full-Service Leasing
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong advisory mindset with excellent communication and relationship-management skills; flexible, highly motivated, and self-driven to work from a home office

Requirements:

Expand and drive the fleet leasing business; provide intensive dealer support in the region from a home office and accelerate full-service leasing for commercial customers; serve as the interface between dealers and central departments
Support corporate brand dealers in business processes and in acquiring new commercial customers, advising on daily operations
Optimize service processes and service quality
Train and continuously support dealers in using the online calculation program

Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Dein Ziel ist der weitere Ausbau unseres erfolgreichen Flottenleasing-Geschäfts. Von Deinem Homeoffice aus stellst Du deshalb eine intensive Betreuung der Händler in Deiner Region sicher und kurbelst das Full-Service Leasinggeschäft bei Gewerbekunden an. Dabei bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Handel und unseren zentralen Fachabteilungen. Du unterstützt die Konzernmarkenhändler bei der Geschäftsabwicklung sowie bei der Gewinnung neuer Gewerbekunden und stehst ihnen bei den täglichen Prozessen beratend zur Seite. Gleichzeitig optimierst Du die Dienstleistungsprozesse und -qualität. Außerdem schulst und unterstützt Du Deine Händler kontinuierlich im Umgang mit unserem Online-Kalkulationsprogramm.

Das bringst Du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise automobil- und handelsnah, bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb
Idealerweise Praxis im gewerblichen Automobilhandel
Fundierte Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Leasing/ Full-Service Leasing
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
Beratungsaffinität mit der Fähigkeit zu effektivem Beziehungsmanagement
Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Leistungsmotivation
Dynamik und Eigeninitiative, um von Deinem Homeoffice aus aktiv zu werden
