Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Remote Assistance Representative for Mercedes-Benz, working from the comfort of your home in Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide outstanding remote support to Czech-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the exceptional service that Mercedes-Benz is known for.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about vehicle features, maintenance, and overall customer service. By delivering prompt and knowledgeable responses, you will enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty among Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality remote customer assistance in Czech via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients
  • Address inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance concerns
  • Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to tackle complex customer inquiries
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services
  • Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service advancements to provide accurate information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your nationality and native language should be clearly highlighted in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective problem resolution
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector, is an advantage
  • Capable of efficiently managing multiple inquiries in a remote work environment
