About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing SaaS provider operating within the children’s
activity and childcare space. The business delivers an innovative management and booking
platform that helps independent operators streamline operations, attract more customers,
and scale sustainably.
Backed by recent investment and preparing for a future funding round, the company is
building a high-performance commercial team to support ambitious growth plans in the UK,
with international expansion planned.
Their mission is to empower childcare and activity providers with technology that enables
operational excellence, allowing them to focus on delivering outstanding experiences for
children and families.



The Role
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is focused on outbound
prospecting and pipeline generation across the UK market.
You will initiate contact with children’s activity providers, identify and qualify opportunities,
and book high-quality demo meetings for senior sales colleagues. Working closely with sales
and marketing, you will play a critical role in building awareness, driving demand, and
supporting revenue growth.
This role suits a driven, target-oriented individual who enjoys high-volume outreach and
building strong first-touch relationships.



Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly activity and pipeline targets
● Track and manage daily KPIs, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
● Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email cadences, and digital
channels
● Conduct a high volume of outbound activity (approximately 250 calls per week)



● Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements
● Qualify interest and book meetings for senior sales team members
● Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline data
● Support wider sales and marketing initiatives
● Share insights and ideas to continuously improve outreach performance



Requirements
● 1–2 years’ experience in an outbound sales or sales development role
● Experience selling B2B solutions, ideally SaaS
● Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
● Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
● Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
● Team player with a genuine interest in sales
● Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
