Extender la vida útil de los activos fijos de TI mediante el mantenimiento presencial necesario. Escalar los problemas al departamento correspondiente, cumpliendo con los tiempos establecidos en los SLA. Brindar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a la sucursal con la mayor frecuencia posible.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

Instalación, configuración, administración, soporte y mantenimiento de sistemas informáticos y hardware.
Asegurar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad de los recursos de los equipos y demás sistemas de TI.
Alinear los recursos tecnológicos de la organización con la demanda operativa.
Monitorear el desempeño de la red de área local (LAN) y/o de área amplia (WAN) de la organización.
Identificar y resolver problemas de red.
Actualizar hardware, software y equipos de telecomunicaciones de la red

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

Se requieren 3 años de experiencia.
El rol es principalmente en campo.
Ingeniería en Electrónica, Comunicaciones y Electrónica, Computación o carreras afines.
Experiencia en soporte técnico en campo.
Conocimientos de redes.
Manejo de cableado estructurado.
Configuración de dispositivos (diagnósticos, reparación de hardware y software, laptops, impresoras, equipos multifuncionales, tablets, iPads, etc.).
Preferiblemente experiencia con equipos marca Zebra (impresoras, escáneres, computadoras móviles).
Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente al interior de la república.
Licencia de conducir vigente.
Trato directo con usuarios.
Saber conducir vehículo estándar.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Disponibilidad de horario y fines de semana.
