Canals is a fully remote, profitable startup transforming the industrial supply chain ($10T industry) with AI. Our platform seamlessly integrates with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe.

We’re a 80-person team (~50 in engineering), located across North and South America.

The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Sourcer focused on South America to power pipeline generation for engineering and technical customer roles.

This is a high-execution role. You will focus on sourcing, engaging, screening, and generating excitement with candidates. You will partner closely with recruiting leadership and be responsible for consistent, high-quality talent generation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to master technical sourcing and candidate evaluation, with a clear path to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles.

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound campaigns, and other creative strategies.

  • Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully.

  • Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment, communication skills, English fluency, and overall fit.

  • Sell the opportunity clearly and build real excitement with strong candidates.

  • Manage scheduling and candidate flow through early interview stages.

  • Track activity and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent hiring momentum.
