Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in quality control or QA/QC in apparel or manufacturing
Familiarity with inspection SOPs and in-line/final inspection processes
Strong reporting, documentation, and data-entry skills with ability to upload to shared systems
Excellent factory coordination and communication skills, with ability to manage inspection schedules and sign-off reports

Requirements:

Perform 100% in-line and final inspections according to SOP and conduct container loading supervision when required
Submit timely in-line and final inspection reports, container loading reports, and weekly audit schedules; upload all audit/inspection reports to shared systems
Coordinate with Tianpai YiBang factories to manage inspection schedules, ensure required tools and approved samples are provided, and sign reports with factory representatives
Identify critical production issues and escalate to the QC Manager; contribute to continuous improvement of QC standards

The mission of the QC Specialist is to ensure product quality and compliance across production lines and shipments in China. This role is responsible for final inspections before shipment, in-line inspections at production start, and container supervision when required. By identifying defects early, maintaining strict inspection standards, and collaborating with factories, the QC Specialist safeguards product quality and brand reputation.

Key Responsabilities:

Inspection Execution:
- Perform 100% of in-line and final inspections according to SOP.
- Conduct container loading supervision when required.
Reporting:
- Submit in-line and final inspection reports on time (weekly or within 24h if critical issues arise).
- Provide container loading reports and weekly audit schedule reports.
- Upload all audit/inspection reports into shared systems.
Partnership & Communication:
- Report critical production issues to QC Manager immediately.
- Identify and feedback on improper audit procedures.
- Support the continuous improvement of QC team standards.
Factory Coordination:
- Manage inspection schedules with Tianpai & YiBang factories.
- Ensure factories provide required tools and approved samples before inspections.
- Sign reports with factory representatives.
