  • Support marketing campaigns by creating, updating, and maintaining promotional pages and site categories, and validating links and assets within timelines.
  • Perform QA audits of product data, pricing, images, and site content; identify issues, log defects, and coordinate with developers to implement fixes and verify results; manage tickets in project management tools.

Job Title: Web Content Associate 

Overview: Working within Ecommerce team, role supports the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of range of ecommerce sites. Primary duties include executing daily tasks
launching new products, support for marketing and promotional campaigns, organizing products in collections, posting images and other content to websites, adding and editing links to pages, implementing and maintaining changes to product data, ensuring consistency of products across websites and other sales channels, and other daily tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Site Maintenance & Content Management
  • Maintain and update content across multiple ecommerce websites within the portfolio
  • Post and manage product images, copy, links, and other front-end content
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across websites and sales channels
  • Implement and maintain updates to product attributes, pricing, and merchandising rules
  • Product Setup & Merchandising
  • Launch new products across multiple websites
  • Edit and maintain existing product listings
  • Assign products to the correct collections, categories, and merchandising groups
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and promotional strategies
  • Site Search & Product Discovery
  • Support ongoing maintenance of the internal site search tool
  • Review top and trending customer search terms
  • Optimize search results by boosting relevant products, brands, and categories
  • Identify gaps in search results and recommend improvements to product discovery
  • Marketing & Promotional Support
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Create, update, and maintain promotional pages and site categories
  • Ensure marketing content is accurately deployed and removed according to timelines
  • Validate that promotional links and assets function as intended
  • Quality Assurance & Auditing
  • Perform regular audits of product data, pricing, images, and site content
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or broken elements across sites
  • Ensure issues are corrected promptly and prevented in future releases
  • Test site updates and content changes prior to and after deployment
  • Bug Tracking & Issue Resolution
  • Identify, document, and report site bugs or functional issues
  • Log tickets in designated project or issue-tracking tools
  • Follow up with developers and stakeholders on open issues
  • Test and confirm bug fixes once implemented
  • Project & Ticket Management
  • Manage assigned tickets and requests in project management systems
  • Track task status to ensure on-time and accurate completion
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and dependencies to relevant teams
  • Support process improvements for request intake and task execution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Development teams
  • Maintain strong communication to align priorities and expectations
  • Provide input on tools, workflows, and process improvements
  • Support shared business objectives through collaboration
  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or data inconsistencies
  • Recognize patterns and common pain points across sites or workflows
  • Recommend solutions to improve tools, processes, and scalability
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization and growth initiatives
  • General & Other Duties
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Support ad hoc requests related to ecommerce operations and content management

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years experience in ecommerce content management or site operations
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-site ecommerce environments
  • Strong QA mindset with structured processes and checklist usage
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ticket-driven workflows
  • Hands-on experience maintaining ecommerce websites (preferably multi-site environments)
  • Experience with product setup, merchandising, collections/categories management
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar CMS
  • Experience launching new products and editing existing listings
  • Strong understanding of product attributes, pricing updates, merchandising rules
  • Ability to ensure data consistency across multiple sales channels
  • Experience reviewing search terms and optimizing product discovery
  • Ability to boost relevant products, improve categorization, and identify search gaps
  • Experience deploying and removing promotional content based on timelines
  • Ability to validate links, images, and campaign assets for accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail in auditing product data, pricing, images, and links
  • Experience testing site updates before and after deployment
  • Ability to proactively identify inconsistencies and prevent repeat issues
  • Experience documenting bugs and logging tickets in project management tools
  • Ability to coordinate with developers and confirm fixes
  • Experience managing tickets and tracking deliverables in tools like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.
  • Ability to communicate blockers and manage deadlines effective
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience working with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Development teams
  • Ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
  • Detail-oriented with structured process adherence
