Job Title: Business Analyst – QA & UAT (Remote & Temporary)

Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong QA and UAT experience to support applicationtesting and documentation. This role will focus on validating system functionality, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and creating regression testing documentation to ensure quality releases.

Responsibilities:

• Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
• Document and track defects, issues, and testing results.
• Create and maintain regression testing documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders to validate fixes.
• Ensure releases meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in improving testing processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Testing Analyst.
• Strong experience in UAT coordination and QA testing processes.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and regression documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other testing/issue tracking tools.
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
