Sr. Frontend Engineer

【 About the Role 】
We are building a next-generation, AI-ready web platform to power personalization, experimentation, and scalable commerce experiences.
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is not only strong in modern frontend architecture, but also passionate about leveraging AI to elevate development quality and velocity.

This role is expected to take technical ownership and help shape the evolution of our frontend engineering practices.

【 What you’ll do 】

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance frontend systems.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development velocity and code quality.
• Lead technical decisions across experimentation, personalization, and CMS integration.
• Drive innovation in frontend architecture and engineering practices.
• Own complex projects end-to-end with strong cross-functional collaboration.

【 Who you are 】

Core Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend development experience (React / Next.js required).
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows.
• Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Builder.io, etc.).
• Experience with tracking / analytics tools integration.
• Experience in Ecommerce development.
• Experience acting as a technical lead or decision-maker in complex projects.
