Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a French-Speaking Remote Assistance Representative for Mercedes-Benz, offering the convenience of working from home in Greece. In this key role, you will provide outstanding remote support to French-speaking customers, ensuring they enjoy the high-quality service that Mercedes-Benz is renowned for.

Your fluency in French will be vital as you assist clients with inquiries related to vehicle features, maintenance, and overall customer service needs. By delivering prompt and knowledgeable responses, you will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also strengthen loyalty among Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality remote customer assistance in French via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients
  • Handle inquiries about vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance concerns
