Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Disney +, with the flexibility to work from home in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the key point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about Disney + services, content, and subscriptions. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat regarding Disney + platform inquiries
  • Provide information on subscriptions, content library, and troubleshooting assistance
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exemplary service while maintaining a positive brand image
  • Stay updated on new content releases and platform features
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.

  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the entertainment or streaming sectors is a plus
