Roles & Responsibilities

Fellowship training in General Surgical Pathology (preferred)
Comfortable with digital sign-out (a plus, not required)

Requirements:

Sign-out general pathology cases digitally using whole-slide imaging in a remote setting
Provide accurate, timely pathology diagnoses and reports via the cloud-based platform, collaborating with subspecialists as needed
Participate in onboarding and ongoing training on digital tools and workflows, and manage case load to align with availability
Maintain active Alabama medical license and adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements while practicing remotely

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a board-certified General Pathologist licensed in Alabama. This fully remote role leverages whole-slide imaging (WSI) for clinical diagnostics in general pathology. All required software and structured digital onboarding are provided to ensure a seamless start. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity.

Qualifications

MD or DO with ABP certification in AP or AP/CP.
Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP with focused experience in general pathology.
Fellowship training in General Surgical Pathology preferred.
Comfortable with digital sign-out is a plus but not required.
