Position: Real Estate Senior Cold Caller

We are looking for a true phone professional — someone who understands that rejection is part of the process and appointments are earned through skill, persistence, and control of the conversation.

  • Mentally Tough: Rejection doesnt shake you. You reset quickly and move to the next call with full energy.

  • Elite Objection Handler: Resistance excites you. Statements like Were relisting with the same agent or Were selling on our own are the starting point for real conversation.

  • Appointment Closer: You confidently ask for appointments, uncover motivation, create curiosity, and communicate value naturally.

  • Disciplined & Consistent: You show up daily, hit call blocks, track numbers, and execute without excuses.

  • Professional Under Pressure: You remain calm when leads are short, skeptical, or frustrated, controlling tone, pace, and direction.

  • Experienced with FSBO & Expired Listings: You understand seller psychology — pride, frustration, ego, doubt, urgency — and navigate each mindset strategically.

This role is for serious cold callers who thrive on challenge, competition, and measurable performance.

  • Overcome multiple objections and push conversations toward commitment.

  • Set qualified appointments for the sales/acquisitions team.

  • Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.

  • Accurately update CRM and track all lead activity.

  • Meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer, Senior Cold Caller, or high-level appointment setter.

  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

  • Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling rejection daily.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients (real estate experience preferred).

  • Experience in the Texas real estate market is a strong advantage.

  • Background in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or brokerage.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers.

  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs.
