Role Overview:

The Conference Producer will be responsible for the commercial and operational success of executive-level conferences, leadership forums, and industry events delivered across global markets.

This role focuses on driving event performance through strategic audience development, partnership engagement, and end-to-end coordination to ensure high-quality delivery. The Conference Producer will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the positioning, promotion, and execution of events while ensuring strong participation, stakeholder engagement, and overall event impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive delegate acquisition and overall event participation

  • Identify and engage strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators to support event growth

  • Leverage professional networks and market outreach to expand event reach and visibility

  • Contribute to event positioning, pricing frameworks, and market engagement strategy

Event Planning and Delivery

  • Coordinate end-to-end event execution in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

  • Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless delivery

  • Support speaker coordination, participant management, and on-site or virtual event operations

 

Program and Market Insight Support

  • Provide market intelligence and audience insight to inform program relevance and positioning

  • Support speaker identification and engagement where required

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in conference production, event commercialisation, or business event management

  • Demonstrated track record in driving event participation, partnerships, or revenue-linked outcomes

  • Experience delivering B2B conferences, leadership forums, or professional industry events preferred

  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement within corporate, professional, or executive environments

Engagement Structure:

  • Freelance / contract-based engagement
