Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in CNC turning/milling or metalworking is essential.
High persistence, drive and motivation; ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset; flexible to meet customer and business needs.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.

Requirements:

Identify customer needs and recommend and sell the right tools and solutions, providing technical advisory and support.
Maintain existing client relationships while proactively acquiring new customers to expand the portfolio in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Utrecht.
Plan and conduct regular customer visits, demonstrate new tools, and manage the sales process from quotation to order completion.
Monitor market and competitor trends in product ranges and pricing, and professionally present the company and product portfolio.

Als onderdeel van een sterk bestaand verkoopteam in het veld zal deze functie zich richten op verkoop en technische ondersteuning aan een bestaande klantenportefeuille, evenals op de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van nieuwe activiteiten en omzet in de regio Noord/Zuidholland en Utrecht.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Succesvol signaleren van klantbehoeften om de juiste gereedschappen en oplossingen te verkopen.
Het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties in het verkoopgebied en gerichte acquisitie om het klantenbestand uit te bouwen.
Plannen en uitvoeren van reguliere klantbezoeken in het verkoopgebied.
Technisch advies en klantenondersteuning.
Het presenteren en demonsteren van nieuwe gereedschappen.
Bewaken van het verkoopproces, van offerte tot en met het afronden van de bestelling.
Signaleren van trends in de markt en bij de concurrentie met betrekking tot assortiment en prijsstelling.
Professioneel presenteren van het bedrijf en het productportfolio.
