  • Manage design production workflows; organize files/assets, deliver assets on time across multiple projects, and stay up to date with design trends

Job description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create clean, modern, and brand-consistent visuals across digital, social, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who works quickly, thinks visually, and can translate ideas into polished designs without heavy direction.

You’ll handle a wide range of design needs including social graphics, ads, branding assets, presentations, and layout work. If you love creating visuals that feel sharp, intentional, and on-brand, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Work On

Digital and Marketing Design

  • Create social media graphics, ads, thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials
  • Design assets for landing pages, newsletters, presentations, and internal documents
  • Produce clean, modern layouts that support storytelling and brand clarity
  • Assist in designing campaigns and visual systems for marketing initiatives

Brand Development

  • Maintain a cohesive visual style across all assets
  • Update and refine brand guidelines as needed
  • Build design templates and reusable systems to improve workflow efficiency
  • Ensure consistent typography, color, spacing, and overall aesthetics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign goals
  • Support product and operations teams with design needs as they arise
  • Participate in creative discussions and provide design direction when needed
  • Manage feedback loops, revisions, and version control

Design Production and Workflow

  • Manage design files, assets, and libraries for easy access and organization
  • Deliver assets on time while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintain high production standards with strong attention to detail
  • Stay up to date with modern design trends and apply them thoughtfully

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Figma
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern digital design
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to produce high-quality designs under fast timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva or template-building tools
  • Familiarity with social media formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Light motion graphics is a plus (not required)
  • Background in branding, marketing, or content-driven environments
