We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual output of a fast-growing AI fintech company serving enterprise clients. This is a high-volume, high-variety design role that touches every surface where the brand shows up: paid ads in the Wall Street Journal, LinkedIn thought leader campaigns, out-of-home placements, executive event collateral, sales decks, landing pages, email templates, direct mail, and data-driven content graphics for social and newsletters.
The company is in the middle of a Brand 2.0 refresh, and this designer will be one of the first people to bring that new identity to life across all channels. You need to be fast, organized, and capable of producing polished B2B creative that is built for enterprise buyers, CFOs, and finance teams, not consumer audiences.
If you have strong layout fundamentals, understand how enterprise marketing creative works, and can manage a Figma library that keeps the whole team organized, this role is built for you.
Why You'll Want to Join
- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- Ownership over visual output across marketing, sales, and events from day one
- Direct involvement in a Brand 2.0 rollout at a company with enterprise traction and compounding growth
What You'll Work On
Paid Ad Creative
- Design display ads for publication placements including WSJ and newsletter sponsorships
- Produce LinkedIn thought leader ad creative and Meta ad variations across formats
- Build carousel formats and iterate on ad creative based on performance feedback
Out-of-Home and Event Collateral
- Concept and design billboard and airport ad placements
- Create event collateral including dinner invites, name badges, signage, and one-pagers for executive dinners and advisory boards
- Design guerrilla event assets and high-touch physical materials for enterprise audiences
Sales and Marketing Enablement
- Update and maintain the sales deck and build new presentations as needed
- Design one-pagers and leave-behinds tailored by vertical including manufacturing, CPG, and healthcare and by audience including PE firms and CFOs
- Support campaign-specific landing page designs for the website
Content and Email Design
- Design data-driven content graphics for LinkedIn and newsletters including stat cards, before-and-after customer results, and proof point visuals
- Build and maintain email templates for executive briefings, event follow-ups, and nurture sequences
- Design direct mail concepts for physical outreach campaigns
Asset Management and File Organization
- Maintain a single source of truth for all brand assets in Figma and Google Drive
- Keep files organized, named consistently, and accessible to the full team without friction
- Enforce brand consistency across every asset produced
What You Bring
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes B2B or enterprise marketing creative
- Strong layout, typography, and hierarchy fundamentals applied to business-facing design
- Proficiency in Figma including component systems, file organization, and shared libraries
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience designing across a broad range of formats including digital ads, print collateral, decks, and email
- Ability to produce high output at consistent quality without sacrificing polish
- Strong organizational habits and a natural inclination toward keeping shared systems clean
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and new requests come in frequently
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B brands
- Background supporting sales enablement with decks, one-pagers, and vertical-specific materials
- Experience with out-of-home or print production specifications
- Familiarity with motion or lightweight animation for digital ads
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your updated resume
- A portfolio showing at least 4 to 6 examples of B2B or enterprise marketing creative across more than one format
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking through one piece of work you are proud of, what the brief was, and how you approached the design decisions
Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
If you are a sharp, organized designer who can produce polished enterprise creative at volume, bring a new brand identity to life across every channel it touches, and keep the asset library running cleanly behind the scenes, this role gives you the scope and the visibility to do your best work.
