  • Proven ability to independently develop and didactically prepare completely new teaching materials and curricula
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate; pedagogical qualifications such as MCT are a plus
  • Proficiency with APIs (REST/JSON), webhooks, cloud databases and modern SaaS ecosystems; fluent German for teaching and good English

Responsibilities

  • Structure a practical IT Support curriculum covering hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), and troubleshooting methods
  • Independently design and develop all lessons, learning materials, and lab scenarios from scratch
  • Design and deliver interactive, remote-friendly digital teaching sessions and practical exercises for installation, configuration, and maintenance of client systems and peripherals
  • Teach concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; set up WLAN/LAN environments; and cover ticketing systems, customer service skills, and ITIL basics; modules on endpoint security, backup strategies, and identity management (Active Directory)

Wir beim Digital Career Institute (DCI) erweitern unser Kursangebot im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Anwendersupport. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die uns bei der Umsetzung eines Curriculums für angehende IT Support Spezialist:innen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strukturierung eines praxisnahen Lehrplans für IT Support inklusive Hardware, Betriebssystemen (Windows/macOS/Linux) und Troubleshooting-Methodiken
  • Konzeption und eigenständige Erstellung sämtlicher Unterrichtseinheiten, Lernmaterialien und Lab-Szenarien von Grund auf
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung interaktiver, ortsunabhängiger und digitaler Unterrichtseinheiten
  •  Konzeption praktischer Übungen zur Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Client-Systemen sowie Peripheriegeräten
  • Schulung grundlegender Konzepte wie TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP sowie Einrichtung von WLAN- und LAN-Umgebungen
  • Vermittlung von Kenntnissen in Ticket-Systemen, Customer Service Skills und grundlegenden ITIL-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Modulen zu Endpoint-Security, Backup-Strategien und Identitätsmanagement (z. B. Active Directory)
Deine Skills
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools wie Microsoft Power Automate, Make.com oder Zapier sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Python oder JavaScript für fortgeschrittene Skripte
