Job Title: Interim Billing & Client Support Specialist
Location: Remote – Korea
Contract Duration: 3 months (fixed-term)
About the role:
We are hiring an Interim Billing & Client Support Specialist to support BSI’s Korea operations on a 3-month fixed-term contract, working remotely from Korea.
This role is focused on providing short-term support across billing, client queries, and finance administration, helping ensure continuity of service during a period of transition. You’ll work closely with finance and operational teams to manage invoicing activities, respond to customer enquiries, and maintain accurate records in line with internal policies.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed, work independently, and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and processing of client invoices in line with agreed terms and timelines.
Act as a first point of contact for client billing and account queries in Korea.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.
Maintain accurate client and billing data within finance systems.
Liaise with internal finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end billing processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Provide general finance and client support on an ad-hoc basis as required during the contract period.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or client support, ideally within a finance or shared services environment.
Fluency in Korean (spoken and written).
Good working proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Confidence handling client queries and resolving issues professionally.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver to short deadlines.
Experience using finance systems (e.g. SAP or similar) is an advantage.
