Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our esteemed client, Imperial! This role is a unique work-from-home position located in Greece, where you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their queries and provide exceptional service from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to the company's products and services
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our support management system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve service quality
  • Stay informed about company updates, products, and industry trends
  • Participate in training and development sessions as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Prior experience in customer support or service-related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude towards customer care and satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using customer support tools and technology
