Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Dyson, with the ability to work from home in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the primary source of support for Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to Dyson products and services. Your expertise in customer service will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our innovative products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding Dyson products, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve product issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices
  • Participate in training and development sessions to maintain product knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a passion for technology
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
