Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Remote Assistance role for Mercedes, available for candidates wishing to work from home in Greece. In this dynamic position, you will provide comprehensive support to Mercedes clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and assistance with their inquiries.

Your proficiency in Portuguese will be vital in facilitating effective communication, as you will help clients navigate their questions and concerns regarding Mercedes products and services. If you are passionate about automotive excellence and customer service, this role is tailored for you!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide expert assistance regarding Mercedes vehicles, services, and features
  • Document and track customer interactions within our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Educate clients about product offerings and assist with any related inquiries
  • Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer assistance or related roles is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
