Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Dyson, with the flexibility to work from home in Greece! In this pivotal role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries related to Dyson products and services, ensuring they receive outstanding support and information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding Dyson products
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Educate customers on product features and usage for optimal performance
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about Dyson's evolving product line

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
