Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding Dyson products
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management
Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Educate customers on product features and usage for optimal performance
Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services
Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about Dyson's evolving product line

Requirements
