Roles & Responsibilities

Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role with deep knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Media Cloud).
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and maintain a well-prioritized backlog using Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience delivering CRM solutions and integrating Salesforce with other systems to maximize business value.

Requirements:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and offshore resources to define and prioritize the product backlog for Salesforce-based solutions.
Own the product vision and maximize value from the CRM ecosystem by guiding development and ensuring alignment with business goals across Media Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear success metrics; work with the team to deliver increments that meet quality standards.
Support, enhance, and evolve Salesforce platform capabilities and related solutions while maintaining strong alignment with strategic initiatives.

Salesforce Product Owner – Media Cloud / Service Cloud / Sales Cloud

We are looking for a business-centric, tech-savvy Salesforce Product Owner to support and enhance our Salesforce platform and related solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and offshore resources to ensure that our CRM ecosystem continues to deliver maximum value.
