Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative for Imperial, with the convenience of working from home in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to a variety of services offered by Imperial.

Your mastery of the Italian language will be essential as you address customer questions, guide them through processes, and resolve issues promptly, all while striving to enhance their overall experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and resolve complex inquiries within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective problem resolution
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve service offerings
  • Stay updated on product offerings and current industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with exceptional communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong customer service focus and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in remote roles
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Passion for providing excellent service and supporting customer needs
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
