Join the innovative team at Weekday AI as an Operations Associate Intern!

Location: Remote

Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)

Duration: 4 months (with a potential for extension based on your amazing performance!)

Work Hours: 10AM to 7PM IST

Working day : Monday - Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Candidate Outreach Specialists to make 100-120 calls per day to potential candidates. Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest.

Requirements

1. Make 100-120 daily outbound calls to prospective candidates to share details about open job positions.

2. Clearly and effectively communicate role requirements and answer candidate questions with professionalism and empathy.

3. Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses for follow-up and reporting purposes.

4. Develop and refine your communication skills through practical experience and ongoing training.

5. Learn how to professionally present opportunities and engage candidates in meaningful conversations, enhancing your interpersonal and career development skills.
