Job description

This is a remote position.

We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager for our key client, a full-service agency helping ambitious brands grow through strategy, marketing, and technology, to join their Delivery team and lead digital projects from kick-off to launch and beyond. This role is critical for ensuring clarity, structure, and high standards in delivery while supporting both clients and internal teams.

Your Duties:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading digital projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and post-launch delivery.
Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and delivery quality.
Keeping clients informed, aligned, and confident throughout project lifecycles.
Coordinating internal teams across design, UX, development, CRO, content, and marketing.
Embedding quality and QA processes from the start, ensuring smooth releases and launch readiness.
Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes, making smart decisions when priorities shift.
Supporting teams to define what “done” looks like for each deliverable and tracking QA effectively.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing digital projects in agency or delivery-focused roles.
Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities.
Understanding of the digital landscape (web, UX, CRO, development, content, marketing).
Comfortable discussing budgets, scope, risk, resourcing, and performance.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Project) and agile/waterfall methodologies.
QA experience: coordinating testing, managing bugs, resolving issues with developers/designers, and supporting launch readiness.
Ability to bring calm, clarity, and structure to fast-moving delivery environments.
