  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end tendering processes from opportunity identification to proposal submission, coordinating cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal information and ensuring timely, accurate tender documentation.
  • Develop compelling and competitive proposals, translating project requirements into tender responses with input from technical/engineering teams and performing risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with clients and collaborate with legal and commercial teams to finalize terms, ensuring vendor offers include warranties, insurance, and tax information.
  • Perform market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activity, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance Linxon's competitive positioning.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Proposals Specialist. Responsible for reviewing of client proposal documentation and researching of and developing of required documentation and ensuring the Linxon tendering process is properly adhered to for all tenders including gate screening, tender kick off, tender budget setting, tender preparation meetings, cost calculations, tender submission and post tender support.

What will you do?

- Tender Management:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process, from initial opportunity identification to proposal submission.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant technical, commercial, and legal information for tender responses.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tender documents, adhering to customer specifications and requirements.

- Proposal Development:

  • Develop compelling and competitive proposals that showcase Linxon's capabilities and value proposition.

  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive tender responses.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for tender submissions.

- Contract Negotiation:

  • Engage in negotiations with clients to secure favorable contract terms and conditions.

  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to review and finalize contract agreements.

- Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance Linxon's competitive positioning.

  • Analyze and evaluate potential opportunities for new business.

- Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and coordinated approach in addressing client needs.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all tender submissions comply with Linxon's quality standards and policies.

  • Implement and maintain best practices in the tendering process.

  • In depth experience on RFQ, Review the vendor commercial offer, Preparation full cost model. Ensure Warranty, Insurance and tax related information in vendor offer.

Experience, Education and Other Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or a related role within the power systems industry.

  • Good knowledge of AIS/GIS HV/MV equipment

  • Strong understanding of power system projects, including substation design and construction.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices in markets advantageous

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
