Job description

Job Title: US Attorney,

Location: Remote (U.S. Legal Work)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Practice Area: Licensing & Regulatory Law

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Attorney to support U.S.-based legal work on a fully remote basis. This role focuses on advising clients on professional, occupational, and business licensing matters under United States law, including regulatory compliance and disciplinary defense before licensing boards.

This position is ideal for an attorney who understands U.S. regulatory frameworks and can work effectively with U.S. clients and agencies while operating remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on U.S. federal and state licensing laws and regulations

Prepare, review, and manage U.S. licensing and renewal applications

Assist with or represent clients in disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance matters

Draft legal memoranda, regulatory filings, responses, and client communications

Research and monitor changes in U.S. licensing and administrative law

Coordinate with U.S.-based counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards

Practice Areas May Include

Professional licensing (medical, legal, nursing, engineering, accounting, etc.)

Business and occupational licensing

Contractor and construction licensing

U.S. administrative and regulatory law

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree

Licensed attorney in the Philippines (required)

Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferred) OR strong demonstrated experience working with U.S. law

In good standing with all applicable bar associations

2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory, or administrative law

Solid understanding of U.S. legal systems, compliance standards, and professional regulations

Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border legal environment

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting U.S. law firms or U.S.-based clients remotely

Familiarity with U.S. licensing boards and administrative hearings

Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Comfortable working across time zones

Fully remote work arrangement

Flexible schedule (subject to client and regulatory needs)
