Requirements:

  • Guide clients through strategic tool selection and manage end-to-end implementations of integrated people and talent systems, delivering scalable foundations for growth.
  • Manage 10-20 implementations per month across core technology stack (Ashby, Rippling, Lattice, Leapsome, Gusto, Code Signal, Deel, Notion, and other productivity tools) with timelines from same-day to 10-week rollouts.
  • Provide strategic consultation on tool adoption timing, rollout sequencing, and building people operations infrastructure aligned to growth stage and business model; lead change management across organizations from founders to large enterprises.
  • Utilize AI tools and standard PM tools (Notion, Asana) to maintain portfolio visibility, accelerate planning and training materials, and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements.

About this role:

As a People & Talent Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through strategic tool selection and managing end-to-end implementations of integrated people and talent systems. You'll help founding teams through public companies identify the right tools at the right time, then execute seamless implementations that establish scalable foundations for growth. You'll manage 10-20 implementations per month across our core technology stack including Ashby, Rippling, Lattice, Leapsome, Gusto, Code Signal, Deel, Notion, and other productivity systems. Implementation timelines range from same-day turnarounds to 10-week strategic rollouts depending on client complexity and scope.

Role requirements:

High-Volume Project Management: You excel at managing multiple concurrent implementations with varying timelines and complexity levels. You can rapidly assess scope, prioritize urgent deliverables, and execute both quick-turn configurations and complex strategic rollouts without compromising quality.

Systems Architecture & Strategy: You understand the interconnected nature of ATS, HRIS, performance management, and productivity tools across all company stages - from pre-revenue startups to public companies. You can quickly assess organizational needs and recommend integrated solutions that scale appropriately.

Technical Proficiency & Speed: You're comfortable with complex SaaS ecosystems, data integrations, API configurations, and can execute rapid implementations without sacrificing thoroughness. Experience with ATS architecture, HRIS data models, and performance management systems is essential.

AI-Powered Efficiency: You leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate implementation planning, documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting. You see AI as a force multiplier for delivering exceptional client outcomes at scale.

Organizational Excellence: You use advanced project management tools (Notion, Asana) to maintain visibility across your entire portfolio. You're naturally organized and can seamlessly context-switch between client engagements without losing momentum.

Strategic Consultation: You guide clients beyond just implementation - helping them understand which tools to adopt when, how to sequence rollouts, and how to build people operations infrastructure that supports their specific growth stage and business model.

Change Management: You excel at helping organizations of all sizes adopt new systems while managing the human side of technology transitions, from 3-person founding teams to 10,000+ employee organizations.
