  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with model release cycles, evaluation launches, and new product introductions

  • Coordinate engagement across research, engineering, and operational stakeholders within lab accounts

  • Support lab-facing events, co-marketing initiatives, and release campaigns to strengthen ecosystem relationships

  • Maintain operational oversight across accounts by supporting usage tracking, renewal preparation, and CRM hygiene

Pipeline Development & Opportunity Generation

  • Identify and prospect high-value organizations seeking model evaluation capabilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound interest, routing opportunities to Business Development leadership

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation materials, and follow-up communication

  • Support early-stage deal discovery and qualification, and potentially manage smaller partnership opportunities if prior closing experience exists

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align messaging with technical capabilities and product offerings

  • Document and synthesize customer feedback and market signals to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

  • Contribute to improving outbound systems, campaign experimentation, and lead tracking processes

  • Strong interest in the AI ecosystem, including familiarity with concepts such as training vs. inference, RLHF, and benchmarking

  • High levels of initiative and ownership, with the ability to operate effectively with limited direction

  • Strong organizational and operational skills, including comfort managing CRM systems, campaign tracking, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to closing smaller partnerships or deals, even if not in a primary closing role

  • Experience supporting outbound campaigns or growth initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Interest in AI research, developer communities, or emerging technology ecosystems

Benefits
