Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and security-driven IT Manager to lead our device management and endpoint security initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Microsoft Intune environment, ensuring secure device deployment, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management across the organization.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security, with a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment
Develop, implement, and enforce MDM policies and security standards
Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
Monitor endpoint compliance and overall security posture
Troubleshoot and resolve device, system, and access-related issues
Implement security updates, patches, and access control measures
Ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance requirements
Maintain clear documentation of systems, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and security initiatives
