Зараз ми шукаємо Creative Marketing Specialist для нового продукту на ринку США — Shift, онлайн-курсу з розвитку кар’єри за моделлю підписки.

Ця роль передбачає координацію процесів створення креативів, тестування маркетингових гіпотез, аналіз метрик і пошук шляхів залучення багатомільйонної аудиторії.

Що ти будеш робити:

  • Аналізувати ринок і конкурентів.
  • Генерувати ідеї та писати тексти для рекламних креативів.
  • Розробляти стратегії для тестування креативних гіпотез.
  • Готувати технічні завдання для дизайнерів, розподіляти завдання й коригувати роботу за потреби.
  • Писати тексти для статичних та відеокреативів.
  • Шукати нові точки росту продукту через тестування маркетингових гіпотез і воронок (Meta, згодом — Google/Twitter).

Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

  • Досвід роботи в marketing/performance/creative/growth.
  • Розуміння трендів і вміння створювати віральні рекламні креативи.
  • Знання інструментів для моніторингу ринку та аналізу конкурентів.
  • Англійська мова на рівні Upper Intermediate або вище.
  • Розуміння маркетингових метрик і шляхів впливу на них.
  • Уміння чітко формулювати ТЗ для команди.
  • Відмінні копірайтинг-навички.
  • Впевнений рівень роботи з Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Креативне й аналітичне мислення, прийняття рішень на основі даних.
  • Вміння ефективно пріоритизувати завдання й дотримуватися дедлайнів.
  • Відповідальність за кінцевий результат.
  • Ініціативність і готовність пропонувати нові ідеї для досягнення максимального результату.
