This role is designed for individuals passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best care and information possible.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding claims processing and healthcare options.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to offer accurate information and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to provide precise assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and systems is advantageous.
