Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, pricing, availability, and technical support.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
