This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they have a satisfactory banking experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and general banking-related questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide guidance on banking procedures and help customers navigate through online banking platforms.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations to offer accurate advice and assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
