Are you an engineer looking to take the first step from the shop floor into a customer-facing technical support position? Or are you already working in a similar position?

As part of a strong existing field-based sales team, this role will focus on providing technical and sales support to existing customers in Västra Götalands län, working in close collaboration with the Technical Sales Engineer and Key Account Manager teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand orientated technical advice and customer support.

  • Successful identification of customer needs to sell and advise the right tools and solutions.

  • Planning and implementation of regular customer visits and contact.

  • Customer-specific implementation of projects and components.

  • Process optimisation of production at target customers on site.

  • Presentation of new tools and customer cutting trials in conjunction with the Sales Team.

  • Professional presentation of the Company and product portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong industry experience in CNC machining / metal cutting is essential. Minimum of five years of experience in machining operations.

  • Currently located in Västra Götalands län, or willing to relocate.

  • High levels of tenacity, drive and motivation.

  • Ability and confidence to work autonomously.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.

  • Strong technical knowledge in machining and cutting processes.

  • Strong IT proficiency combined with solid experience in CAD/CAM systems.

  • A driving licence (B-Körkort) – role involves frequent daily travel.

  • Fluent in Swedish and high competence in English (written and spoken).
