Senior Graphic Designer (Contract)

Perseus Group is looking for a senior graphic designer to partner closely with our marketing team and management on ongoing brand and design work. This is a long-term contract role suited for someone who can operate independently, respect established brand systems, and thoughtfully evolve them over time.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with Perseus marketing and management on ongoing design needs across the organization

• Apply and extend existing brand guidelines and visual frameworks, modernizing them where appropriate

• Design across digital, print, and video formats, including marketing assets, event materials, presentations, and internal communications

• Package and prepare design assets for handoff to our web developer, including layouts, specs, and visual guidance

• Support seasonal initiatives and campaigns that may require increased design capacity for short periods

• Maintain a high bar for consistency, clarity, and execution across all touchpoints

What we’re looking for

• Senior-level graphic designer with strong end-to-end execution skills

• Proven experience across digital, print, and video design

• Strong understanding of brand systems and how to work within them without stagnation

• Ability to take direction from marketing leadership while bringing strong design judgment and recommendations

• Comfortable working in a corporate or professional services environment

• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage work independently in a fractional capacity

Nice to have

• Experience creating 3D graphics or video content

• Proficiency in Figma, particularly for packaging assets and layouts for development handoff

• Corporate or B2B experience

Contract details

• Time commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per month, with flexibility for seasonal spikes

• Location: Remote

• Eligibility: Based in North America

• Availability: Must be available during Eastern Time working hours

• Portfolio: Required. Please include a portfolio and a short list of recent, relevant projects

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$63.00 - CAD$77.00 per hour. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
